As Your Buyers Agent

AS your “BUYERS AGENT” I will advise you, the “BUYER” on matters such as:

 

  • Is the house overpriced?
  • Will you be able to resell the house for a profit?
  • Are you choosing a property that will be hard to resell?
  • Is the seller disclosing all "material" information to you?  (Probably not—Alabama is a Buyer Beware State; therefore, it is the job of the Buyers Agent to recommend if the buyer should hire a Professional Home Inspector.)   
  • I will answer all your questions and negotiate in "YOUR" best interest.
  • I will work 100% for your best interest.
  • It is “MY” responsibility to make sure "YOU, the BUYER" get the very best deal for your money.
  • It is “MY” responsibility to make sure “YOU” know "everything" about the house and neighborhood that affects the potential property, or its' market or resale value.
  • Finally, it is “MY job as a Buyers Agent” to advise “You the Buyer” what Price to Offer and recommend, if any, “Subject to Contingencies” in a purchase agreement contract.
